Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Temporary 12 month post - Required from 1 September 2021
Salary: Grade 5 - SCP 8 - 14, £20493 - £23080 (£13518 - £15225 pro rata)
- 28.5 hours per week, term time only
The Governing Body of St Stephen’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant, to work within our successful and hard-working team.
The successful candidate will hold relevant qualifications at Level 3 or higher and be able to:
- demonstrate a commitment to raising standards through classroom support and leading on intervention programmes in KS1 and/or KS2
- promote inclusion and wellbeing of all pupils
- set high expectations for themselves and the children they work with
- show flexibility and draw on a range of strategies in helping pupils achieve positive outcomes in their learning.
