Our Mission Statement is...

"Working together to succeed through faith in Jesus Christ."

 Aims:

  • To educate and provide each child with high quality teaching and learning opportunities within a stimulating and interactive environment.
  • To promote a philosophy of self-belief based upon mutual respect and collaboration within a caring, safe and stable environment.
  • To celebrate the good news of Jesus on our journey of faith and understanding.
  • To empower children to be responsible citizens enabling them to make informed choices and pursue a fulfilled and active role in school, at home, in the parish and in the wider community.

How we achieve our aims:

  • The delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum.
  • The deployment of high quality learning resources which respond to the needs of individual children.
  • To promote independence by allowing children to take ownership of their learning.

  • By nurturing a “Can do” philosophy, encourage self-confidence and the development of self-esteem.

  • Through an understanding and participation in School and Church celebrations: Collective Worship, Class Masses, Come and See Assemblies, Liturgy and Holy Day Mass.
  • Through the nurture of Christian, spiritual, moral, social and academic values in all aspects of life.
  • Through promoting respect for other cultures through social cohesion.
