Reception

Monday 18th May 2020

This week is the last week of home learning until after the Whit holidays when our activities will resume again on Monday 8th June.

We hope you are all well and staying safe! Have you had a go at our family quiz on our Facebook yet?
Click here to watch the staff message video if you haven't seen it already!

This week, we have set a new learning project which will run until the end of the week for Reception Class.

Mrs Sheron will continue to share daily updates and activities on Tapestry until the end of this week so please make sure you access Tapestry on a daily basis.

The purpose of the learning projects are to provide pupils and families with a few little extras to keep them busy. We certainly don't expect you to complete every task but have a go at some of the activities that interest you. The activities are fun, creative and can be resourced easily at home so that families do not need to go to any cost or extra effort. We already appreciate the time and effort our families are putting in by supporting their children with their learning.

Obviously, you can share any of your learning activities on Tapestry but we would love to share your photographs and videos on our school website and Facebook page. It is wonderful for us to see what you are getting up to! If you can and are able to, please share a picture/video to our Facebook page or you can email contactststephens@gmail.com and your work can be added to our school website.

Please keep a look out on our Home Learning Page as we will be updating this page frequently with resources and links to help the children at home. Again, do as little or as much as you can manage. Information about phonics lessons and a fun writing project has been attached below so that you can have a go a lots of different activities to keep your reading and writing skills sharp!

Have fun!
